MEUSE, Stephen Albert- age 74, of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia passed away with his family by his side on Thursday, November 19, 2015. Born in Springhaven, Yarmouth Co., N.S on July 13, 1941, he was the son of the late Arthur and Marie Mable (Moulaison) Meuse. Stephen worked at Sobeys for 30 years and enjoyed spending his spare time hunting. He also loved to spend time with his family at Christmas. Surviving is his wife Gloria Brush; sons, Daniel (Marsha) Meuse, Arcadia; Kenneth (Shelley) Meuse; sister, Jean (George) Cleveland; grandchildren, Mindy, Dylan, Adam and great grandson Issac. He was predeceased by his brother, Howard and his sister, Theresa. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. Visitation was held Saturday, November 21, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in Sweeny’s Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service was held Sunday, November 22, 2015 at 2 p.m. in Sweeny’s Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. J.A. Treese officiated. Interment followed in Chegoggin Cemetery. Family flowers only by request. Donations in memory may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
