Peacefully, with family by her side, the death occurred on October 6th, 2015, at Freeport Hospital in Waterloo, Ontario, of Mary Joyce (Bulger) Lord. Joyce was born on March 10th, 1940, to the late Joseph and Helen Bulger, Foxley River, P.E.I. Lovingly remembered by her sons, Jason (Holly), Shawn, and Travis, all of Waterloo. Also remembered by Manuel and Santiago Coll-Camalez of Pureto Rico, and by Norman Lord of New Brunswick. Joyce will be sadly missed by her brothers and sisters, Ivan, Roger (late Norma), Laura (late Tony Matyniuk), Richard (Patsy), Inez, Norma (Patrick Woo), Reby (Lorne MacDougald), Karen (Lloyd Kelly), Hazel St. Amand, Peter (Darlene MacDougall), and their families, as well as special friend, Francis Bulger. She will be fondly remembered by her many friends, both in Ontario, and in Prince Edward Island. Visitation hours were held at the Henry Walser Funeral Home in Waterloo. Her cremains have been accompanied to Prince Edward Island for Funeral Mass, to be celebrated at St Brigid’s Roman Catholic Church, Foxley River, P.E.I, on Thursday December 3rd, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery. If so desired, donations in her memory may be made to the St. Brigid’s Parish Cemetery Fund.
