Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Tuesday, January 5, 2016, Gordon Richard Verge of Harbour Grace, age 45 years. Predeceased by grandparents: Olive and Richard Crocker; George and Hazel Verge; niece: Victoria Susan Verge. Leaving to mourn, spouse: Mary Dawe; daughter: Angel Verge (Stephen), Harbour Grace; son: Tyler Gordon Verge, Moncton, NB; parents: Gordon and Mary Verge, Harbour Grace; grandson: Aiden; one brother: Blair Verge (Josie), Alberta; two sisters: Wendy (Michael) Haynes and Mandy Verge (Paul), both of Harbour Grace; special friends: Walter and Lorraine King, St. John’s; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends. Rested at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace. Funeral service took place on Saturday, January 9 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church, Harbour Grace.
