Polley KARDOS
August 22, 1937 – February 1, 2016

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Polley, age 78 at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert. Polley had many hobbies some of which included knitting, sewing, quilting, gardening and perfecting her flower beds. One of her favourite past times was spending time at their cabin and socializing with friends and neighbours. Polley will be deeply missed by her husband Joe, of 53 years; two sisters Annie Rodney and Olga Dmytrisin; two sisters-in-law Helen Oleksyn and Theresa Domotor; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Dmytro and Sophie Sapchuk; sister Mary Wingert; in-laws Steve and Julia Kardos and her brothers-in-law Joe Wingert, Fred Rodney, Joseph Domotor and John Oleksyn. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 5, 2016 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 - 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK with Celebrant Reverend Father Travis Myrheim. Interment will be held at Prince Albert Memorial Gardens. In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations can be made to the Palliative Care Unit at the Victoria Hospital, 1200 – 24th Street West, Prince Albert, SK S6V 4N9.
