Vivian Bernice McNutt

McNUTT, Vivian Bernice 89, Salmon River, passed away at home Thursday June 16, 2016. Born in Camden, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Estella (Hollingsworth) Logan. She was an employee of the Lewis Hat Factory in Truro before devoting her life to her family. She was a member of First United Church, Truro and a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary, Salmon River Fire Brigade. She is survived by daughter, Krista, sons, Roger (Debbie), Randy (Verna) and Scott (Gladie) all of Truro; grandchildren, Paul (Heather), Andrew (Lisa), Ryan, Myles, Justin (Michelle) and Laura ; great grandchildren, Liam and Madeline, and sister, Audrey Martin, Dundas, Ont. She was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence; daughters, Valerie and Deidre; son, Barry; sisters, Sylvia McNutt, Glenda Mitchell, Elva Bryson, Vena (Ellis) Mitchell, Marjorie Deuville, Lulu McLeod, Dorothea Putnam; brothers, Otto, Trueman, Harry, and Raymond Logan. Visitation will be held Sunday 7-9 p.m. June 19, and funeral service will be 2:00 Monday June 20, all in the Mattatall ~ Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro, officiated by The Reverend Lori Ramsey. Reception to follow in the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Camden Cemetery. Donations may be made to Colchester Food Bank, First United Church Truro or a charity of your choice.
