It is with sadness that we take this opportunity as a family to announce the peaceful passing at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, October 17, 2016 of Arthur Delwin Smith, Charlottetown and formerly of New Dominion, age 85 years. Cherished father of Judy (Joe) Mitchell. Beloved grandfather of Shawn Mitchell (Megan) and proud “Pop” to Madeleine, Lila, Audrey and Molly. Predeceased by his wife Mary Eileen Smith (nee MacNeill). In keeping with Delwin’s wishes there will be no visitation and a private burial will take place in New Dominion Cemetery. A heartfelt thank you to the staff of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Unit 3 for their kindness and impeccable care.
