August 28, 1958 - July 22, 2010
In loving memory of a husband, father, son, brother, son-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle and friend, who sadly was taken from us on July 22, 2010 very suddenly at the age of 51.
Richard is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Laverne; two daughters, Nicole and Rebecca; mother, Winnifred (Gary); father, David; father-in-law, Stanley; one sister, Cindy (Nelson); three brothers: Mike (Jen), Steve (Brenda), Jeff (Patti); a sister-in-law, Laurie; as well as numerous other family members.
Richard is predeceased by his son, John David Laurance; grandparents, Alfred and Sadie MacEachern, David and Viola Hayman; mother-in-law, Georgina Grant; nephew, David Robert Junior; great nephew, Joseph Anthony Campbell and uncle Kenneth Hayman.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Monday August 2 from 7-9 p.m. at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton. Funeral service will be held at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, August 3 at 2 p.m., cremation to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Richard's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 10985 124 Street, Edmonton AB, T5M 0H9.
