Passed away at Lakeside Home, Gander, on August 29th, 2014, after a short illness, Derm Jackman, age 88 years. Predeceased by his wife Elizabeth (Collins), and son Paul; parents Robert and Elsie, stepmother Angela (Martin); granddaughter Kelly; brothers: John, Robert and Frank; and sister Jean. Leaving to mourn his sons: Derm Jr. (Lillian), John (Rhonda), Greg, Chris (Annette); his sisters: Dorothy, Shirley, Sheila, Robin and Karen; brothers: Steve and Dave; grandchildren: Jeanette, Christopher, Nichole, Stacey, Dylan, James, Shandi, Ryan, Roxanna, Caitlin, Cory, Nicklaus, Megan and Stephanie; special friend Mary Quinton and Family; as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave., on Wednesday, September 3rd, from 2-4p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass from St. Patrick's Parish, 9:30 am on Thursday, September 4th, 2014.
