It is with heavy hearts that we the family announce the passing of James 'Brother' Weatherbee on Sunday, Sept. 14, 2014, at home.
Born in Glace Bay, he was the son of the late Buster and Carmella (Legnaro) Weatherbee.
He is survived by wife Natalie; sons, Matthew (Amanda) and Shannon; grandchildren, Nathaniel and Mason; stepdaughter Dorie (Ricky); sisters, Betty (Mrs. James Morgan), Mrs. Olga Ogley; brother Harold (Buster); 'best little buddy' Noel Jr. (nephew) and best friend Peter Currie.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by son Jeffery and brother Clifford.
Visitation for Brother will take place at Patten Funeral Home, 71 Union St., Glace Bay, on Thursday, Sept. 18, 2014, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Friday Sept. 19 from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014, at 11 a.m. Patten Funeral Home Chapel.
