Passed peacefully away on Sunday March 29th, 2015 at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, William Frederick Locke, aged 72 years. Predeceased by his parents, William and Bertha; brother, Cyril and sister, Jean Baker. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Cecilia; two sons: Warner (Heather) and Trevor (Judy); one daughter, Tracy Rodgers (Marshall); two grandchildren Laura and Emma; five step-children: Frank, Christine, Mary Ann, Patrick and Jimmy; step granddaughter Kimberley; two sisters: Catherine Groves and Gwen Chaulk; also other relatives and friends, especially his friend Vince Leonard.
