BUSTARD, CLIFFORD GORDON
It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Clifford Gordon Bustard which occurred at his home on Friday, July 31st, 2015 with his family by his side. Born 1949, in Woodstock, Carleton Co. NB, he was the son of the late Charles Raymond and Beatrice Helen (Watson) Bustard.
Clifford worked in construction as a carpenter for many years. He was a great cook who loved to fish and Clifford could always tell a good joke.
Clifford is survived by his daughters Angela Hatt (Jamie) of Saint John, Tanya Richard (Mark) of Pennfield, Alisha Richard of Alberta; granddaughters Katelyn and Charley; brothers Rev. Vernon (Judy), Wesley (Joyce), Rev. Arden (Betty Ann), Eugene, Gary, Rev. Lloyd (Pam) and Rev. Morton (Marilyn); sisters Marie Lloyd, Mildred Patterson (Brent), Carol Ketch, Katherine Williams (Eric), Joanne Post (James), Janice Galbraith (Frank) and Faith Galbraith (Wayne); as well as several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Besides his parents, Clifford was predeceased by his brothers Howard, Rev. William and Elmer and sister Hilda Gray.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation being held on Monday, August 3rd from 6 to 9 p.m. A Memorial Service will take place at Mission Point First United Pentecostal Church (130 Mark Dr.) on Tuesday, August 4th at 2 p.m. followed by an interment at Blacks Harbour Cemetery.
Donations in memory of Clifford may be made to The Children’s Wish Foundation or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
