With heavy hearts and great sadness we announce the passing of Gordon C. Williams of Bay Bulls at the age of 77. Gordon passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Complex surrounded by his loving family on May 24th, 2016. Predeceased by his loving wife Georgina and his darling daughter Alexandra, along with his parents Henry and Joan Williams, his brothers Alex, Randal, Edward and John (in infancy), parents-in-law Aloysius and Molly Whelan, sister-in-law Mary Whelan and brother-in-law Aiden Whelan. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of precious memories, his only son Gordon Williams Jr. and wife Krista Stoyles-Williams; his precious grandsons Alexzander and Kai, whom he adored and cherished; sisters Catherine Bidgood (Bill deceased), Joan Dalley (Edgar); brothers Harry (Bernadette), Fred (Rita), Ernest (Bernice), Wayne (Sheila), and Kenneth (Diane); sisters-in-law Bertha, Veronica and Elizabeth; special friends Thomas Cahill, Francis Chafe and Janice Harrigan. A special thank you to the Stoyles family for their love and support over the last few months. His loyal friend and companion Taco. A special thank you to all the doctors and nursing staff on 4South A for their exceptional care. Resting at Ryan's Funeral Home on Saturday, May 28th from 2-9 pm, Sunday, May 29th from 12-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will take place from Sts. Peter and Paul R.C. Church, Bay Bulls on Monday May 30, 2016 at 10 am. Cremation to follow.
