WEBB - Rita G., 74, of Caledonia, Queens County, passed away peacefully in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool on Sunday, June 26, 2016. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Gertrude Webb. Rita was an avid bingo player and enjoyed penny auctions and flea markets. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters Donna and Lisa; Judy (Peter) Frank of North Brookfield; Madeline “Melinda” (Gary) Young of Thunder Bay, ON.; son David Whynot Jr. of Yarmouth; 9 grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren; Her brother Pat (Phyllis) Webb of Sackville, NS. She was predeceased by her brother Clifford Webb. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. At Rita’s request, there will be a private family graveside service held at a later date in Rosette Cemetery, North Brookfield.
