Passed peacefully away at the Health Science Centre on August 27, 2016, in the presence of his family. Predeceased by his loving wife Shirley Sarah Norman, his son Curtis Blair Norman (Widow, Wanda Norman), parents Beatrice and Francis Norman, brother Jack and sister Ruth. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his loving children: Pamela (Randy), Stewart (Charles), Stephen (Ann Marie) and Lisa (Shawn); grandchildren: Renee (Brent), Curtis, Chrystal (Richard), Christopher, Corie (Amanda), Andrea (Joe), Samantha (Jonathan), Rebecca, Lucas, Sarah, Harmony, Lily and Grace; great grandchildren: Stephanie, Hayden, Natalie and Layne and loving brother Clarence (Molly). Frank will be greatly missed by his extended family and friends especially his life long friend and sister-in-law Daphne Kennedy, Frank's buddies from the Jimmy Pratt Outreach Centre and the George Street Men's Choir. Frank's family would like to thank the staff of the Health Science Centre, University of Ottawa Heart Institute and Ottawa Civic Hospital. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Monday, August 29, 2016 from 11am - 9pm. Funeral service will be held at Barrett's Funeral Chapel, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 11am, interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, there Frank will be laid to rest with is loving wife, son and mother-in-law. Flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in his memory to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador.
