At Western Hospital, Alberton on Saturday, March 6, 2010 of Roger Underhill Coughlin, aged 55, of Fortune Cove. Beloved husband of Marilyn (nee Coughlin) Coughlin. Born on July 28, 1954, son of the late Willard and Ruth (Matthews) Coughlin. Cherished father of Susan (Marty) Kelly, Charlottetown and Sheri (Jeff) Gallant, Miscouche. Special Poppy of grandchildren Dexter Coughlin, Cassie, and Gracie Gallant, Darcie and Charly Kelly. Loving brother of Cora (Eldon) Hardy, Mill River; Mona (Tom) Cotie, Milk River, AB; Wade (Betty) Coughlin, Lynn (Gordon) Adams, Alex (Jimmy) Hardy, and Kent (Charlotte) Coughlin all of Alberton; Angie (Wade) MacDonald, Brooklyn; Cindy (Lennie) Gillis, Stratford; and Janet Cameron, Summerside. Brother-in-law of Shirley (Terry) Hearn, Mississauga ON., Billy (Gloria) Coughlin, Fortune Cove; Dorothy (Allen) Gaudet, St. Eleanors; Nancy (Russell) Williams, Elmsdale; Lea (Cheryl) Coughlin, St. Eleanors .Uncle of several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents and father- and mother-in-law, George and Jean Coughlin. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home & Chapel, O’Leary, with visiting hours Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral on Wednesday in the Chapel at 11a.m. Interment to follow in the Cascumpec United Church Cemetery. Donations to Cascumpec United Cemetery, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
