On February 27, 2010 Elsie E. Price passed away peacefully. Elsie was born to Paul and Hilda Juhnke on June 20, 1918 at home on a farm in the Eildon School District, just north of Tugaske, SK. In October 1938 Elsie married David L. Price. They had two children, Elizabeth and David. In 1967 Elsie moved from the farm into Tugaske where she became active in the United Church, UCW, and the Senior Center. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Davie, two sisters Doris and Iris, and youngest brother Murray. Elsie is survived by three sisters: Jeannette Cole – Regina, SK, Ruby King – Lynwood, WA, and Pearl Brown – Kelowna, BC; brother David (Mildred) Juhnke - Pinawa, MB; daughter Liz (Greg) McCormack – Houston, TX; son David P. (Lorna) Price – Sexsmith, AB; God-daughter Barb Therrien – Steinbach, MB; and sister-in-law Fran Juhnke; five grandchildren: Tracey (Brannon) Hershey – Spring, TX; Coralee (Curtis) Flug – Burleson, TX; David B. (Lorna) Price – Spruce Grove, AB; Candice (Norman) Gamez – Calgary, AB; Cody Price – Grand Prairie, AB; and eight great-grandchildren, Ryan and Casey Hershey, Nicolaus and Amelia Flug, Natasha and Erin Price, and Mia and Ela Gamez; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. The Funeral Service will be held at the Tugaske Hall, Friday March 12, 2010 at 2:00 pm, with burial for eternal rest to follow in the Price family plot in the Tugaske Cemetery. Reverend Rick McCorrister will officiate. Memorials to the Tugaske United Church or the UCW, would be appreciated. In living memory of Elsie, a tree will be planted in Besant Park by W. J.
