Passed peacefully away after a short illness at the Health Sciences Centre on Tuesday, March 9, 2010, Mary Bernadette Murphy of Brigus in her 63rd year. Predeceased by her parents Jack and Anna Hartley, sister Anne Marie, father and mother-in-law Bliss and Ruperta (Paddy) Murphy. Leaving to mourn her loving husband Robert; children: Tracy (Mark), Gregory (Andrea) and Suzanne (Dave); two grandsons: Alexander and Noah; sisters: Yvonne (Roy), Janet, Shelia (Wayne), Camilla (Leonard), Doss (Al), Jackie (Alex) and brothers: Richard, Dennis (Yvonne); sisters-in-law: Anne (Dave), Susan (David) and Barbara (Wayne) and special aunt and uncle Leo and Marie Quilty; as well as a large number of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Broughton's Funeral Home, Brigus, with visitation on Wednesday, March 10 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and Thursday, March 11 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral to take place on Friday, March 12, 2010 at 10 a.m. from St. Patrick’s Church, Brigus.
