Passed suddenly away his place of residence on March 16th, 2010, Lloyd John Carberry, age 63 of Mount Pearl, retired Lieutenant of HM Penitentiary and more recently the Commissionaires. Lloyd is survived by his devoted wife Edna (nee Brewin) of 38 years and his special daughters Erica and Cheryl; sisters Brenda (J.C. Faubert) of Victoria, British Columbia, Francina Kehoe of Langford, British Columbia; brothers: Derm (Donna) of Saturna Island, British Columbia, Bill (Lestenia ) of Oshawa, Ontario; brothers-in-law: Eric Brewin (Theresa), Jim and Bill; sisters-in-law: Debbie Williams (Don), Rosemary Tizzard (Kitch) and a large number of nieces and nephews as well as other family members and special friends, also his three little women Jasmine, Claire and Alyssa (AJ). Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Thursday and Friday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral service on Saturday, March 20th, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. from Caul’s Chapel. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations in his memory may be made to the Children’s Wish Foundation or a charity of one’s choice.
