Suddenly at her late residence on Sunday, April 12, 2009 of Mrs. Ruth M. Doyle (nee Pigott) of Mount Stewart, aged 64 years. Beloved wife of Allan J. Doyle, and dear mother of Robert "Bobby" (Colleen) Doyle, George (Miguelle) Doyle, and Jacqueline (John) Ryder. Ruth will also be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her grandchildren Catherine Doyle, Justin Doyle, Greg Ryder, John Allan Ryder, Morgan Ryder, sisters Alice Pigott, Rose (Star) Sanderson, Marion (Stanley) Affleck, Roberta (Kent) Clark, and Irene (David) Roberts, special uncle Sterling (Florence) Pigott, brothers and sisters-in-law John "Jackie" Doyle, Margie (Waldo) MacDonald, Barbara Jay, and Shirley Doyle, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Robert "Bob" and Helen (Campbell) Pigott. Resting at the Hennessey Funeral Home. Visiting hours on Tuesday 2 to 4 p.m. & 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service for Ruth will be held on Wednesday afternoon at St. John’s United Church, Mount Stewart at 2 p.m., Reverend Ches Boutilier and Reverend Maurice Praught officiating. Interment to follow in the family plot at St. Andrew’s Parish Cemetery. If so desired memorials in Mrs. Doyle’s memory can be made to St. Andrew’s Parish Cemetery Fund or the P.E.I.
