ROGER ALLAN BYER
January 2, 1953 - January 20, 2010
It is with profound sorrow that we, the family of the late Roger Byer of Prince Albert, formerly of Swift Current, announce his tragic and untimely death. Left to mourn his passing, but to celebrate his life are his children, Courtney and Matthew, and their mother Phyllis, of Swift Current; his mother, Mary Byer of Calgary, AB (predeceased by his father Ralph Byer of Calgary, AB in 2004); his sisters, Judy (Ron) Coate of Medicine Hat, AB, Marlene (Clarence) Stuart of Creston, BC, Linda (Norman) Johnston of Airdrie, AB, and Wendy Cronk of Calgary, AB and their families; Mary and Bill Nykolaishen of Swift Current; Grace Bartel of Swift Current; several generations of nieces and nephews, plus aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A Celebration of Roger's Life will be held on Saturday, May 1, at 2:00 pm at East Side Church of God in Swift Current, SK, with Pastor Kevin Snyder officiating.
