At the Victoria Glen Manor, Perth-Andover, May 14, 2010, Mrs. Gwendolyn Dee of Limestone Siding passed away at the age of 81. She was the wife of the late Herman Patrick Dee who died in 1977. Born at Undine, NB in 1928, she was the last surviving child of the late Cash and Mary (Hitchcock) Watson. She is survived by two sons, Francis of Grand Falls and Arnold (Alma) of Morrell Siding, four daughters, Ila Jean St. Peter (Raymond) of Morrell Siding, Beverly Pirie (Philip) of Tilley, Debbie Guerrette (Ronald) of Limestone Siding and Mary Dee (friend Martin Boily) of Sutton, Ontario, eleven grandchildren, six great grandchildren, one great great grandson, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sons, Jeffrey and Ricky, one sister, Mina Pearl McLaughlin and five brothers, Brunswick, Darrell, Glen, Leon and Ford Watson.
Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting hours Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. On Tuesday, May 18th, Mrs. Dee will be resting at the Limestone Siding Pentecostal Church from noon until 1 p.m. at which time a funeral service will be held with Rev. D.T. Ferrell officiating. Interment will follow in the Ortonville Baptist Cemetery. For those who wish, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. www.oregans.ca
