Margaret Langis, 69, wife of Rudolphe Langis passed away at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton on Sunday, May 30, 2010 following a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Shediac, December 16, 1940, she was the daughter of the late William and Dianne (LeBlanc) Gould. Her strength, optimism and courage shown during her illness was an inspiration to her family. A doting mother and grandmother, she enjoyed spending time with her family and special granddaughters.
She will be sadly missed by her devoted husband of 49 years Rudy, her loving two sons: Danny (Pierrette) of Shediac and Terry (Julie) of Dieppe; five granddaughters: Joline, Isabelle, Nadia, Danica and Stéphanie; two brothers: Roy Gould (Lorraine) of Moncton, and Ronnie Gould of Shediac; and by many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by a sister Doris Doucet and by six brothers: Éric Melanson, Gerry Mason, Azor Melanson, Camille Melanson, Gerry Gould and Laurie Gould.
Visitation at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) on Wednesday, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday, from 9:30 a.m. until time of departure 10:20 a.m. Funeral mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Shediac.
