Passed away peacefully at Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital in St. Anthony on July 11, 2010, Mr. Chesley Gibbons of Forrester's Point, NL. in his 75th year. Chesley leaves to mourn his loving wife Virginia, son David (Ellen) and daughters Rhonda (Roy), Louise (Baxter), Nancy (John), Joyce (Rol), Sandra (Winsor), Elva (Claude), Debbie (Darren) and Lorie (Rod); his loving grandchildren Roy, Chesley (Diana), Darren, Santana (Damien), Connie (Jeremy), Danica (Ash), Slader (Josephine), Melissa, Blade, Crystal, Dominique, April, and Victoria; and his two great-grandchildren Whitney and Parker. Visitation was held at St. Mary's Anglican Church in Black Duck Cove from where the funeral service took place on Wednesday, July 14 with Rev. Kris Gosse officiating. Burial followed the service in the St. Mary's Anglican Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Homes, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard, funeral director.
