It is with great sadness that the family of the late Alistair Joseph Hewitt announce his sudden passing at Deer Lake Manor, in Deer Lake on Thursday, August 19th, 2010 at the age of 67 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his sons: Dean (Glenda) and Kurt (Lori); his grandchildren: Kayla Hewitt, Katelyn Hewitt, Brandi Hewitt and Diana Hewitt; his great grandson, Dason, his siblings: Heather (Allan Hiscock), Howard (Juliet), Daniel (Donna), Donald and Penny (Larry Ropson); also the mother of his children, Marion (nee White). Alistair was predeceased by his parents Alice (Lamont) and Alexander Hewitt. Also leaves to mourn a large number of other relatives, family and friends. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place from the St. Georges Anglican Church in Cormack, on Sunday, August 22nd, 2010, at 3 pm with the Rev: Edmund Laldin officiating.
