Marina A. Gillespie, age 64 of Albrightsville, Pa. passed away Sunday, May 31st at her home. Marina was the loving wife of James E. Gillespie for 41 years. She was born in Lourdes, NL, Canada on March 4, 1945 and the daughter of Mildred (Young) Young of Stephenville, NL, Canada and the late Manuel Young. She attended St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church in Lake Harmony, Pa. Marina had worked as a Sales Clerk for Clothes to You Boutique in Delaware County, Pa. for over 10 years. Marina was an active participant in the Walk for MS. We have been blessed with the presence of Marina in our lives and she will be deeply missed by her husband, James E. Gillespie of Albrightsville, Pa.; her siblings: Vi Escher and her husband James of Swathmore, Pa.; Glenn Young and his wife Nikki of Glenolden, Pa.; Cecelia Young of Brampton, Canada; Thomas Young of Lourdes, NL, Canada; Ivan Young and his wife Theresa of Lourdes, NL, Canada; Valerie Benoit and her husband Ron of Lourdes, NL, Canada; Greta Giasson and her husband Pat of Brampton, Canada; Ernest Young of Stephenville, NL, Canada; Rueben Young and his wife Norma of Lourdes, NL, Canada; two brothers-in-law: Edward Gillespie and his wife Carlotta of Folsom, Pa. and Lawrence Gillespie and his wife Sue of Berlin, NJ and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 6th at the Donald N. Gower Funeral Home, Inc., Route 209, Gilbert, Pa. with the Msgr. John G. Chizmar officiating. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m., Saturday, June 6th until time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in loving memory of Marina A. Gillespie to the American Cancer Society, Monroe Unit, RR 13, Box 2138, Stroudsburg, Pa. 18360. The Donald N.
