Parsons (Miles), Elaine Ruth - 62, beloved wife of Freeman Parsons, Labrador City, NL. After a valiant battle with cancer, went to be with her Lord God and Saviour on September 10, 2010. Surrounded by her family at the VG Site, QEII, Elaine is survived by her daughter Teri-Lynn Miles (Jason); son Darren Miles; stepdaughter Sheri-Lyn Parsons (Adam); stepson Micheal Parsons; granddaughters Jessica, Nina, Taylor and Alexis; grandson Nicholas; brother Robert Powell; brother-in-law Robert Lambert (Pat); nieces Karen, Kim, Sarah; nephews Robert, Craig and Matthew; along with her numerous friends around the world. Elaine was predeceased by her parents Sadie & Clayton Powell, sister Marion Powell Lambert, son Andre, sister-in-law Myra Powell (Bob). Elaine enjoyed life with her children and grandchildren and was always surrounded by friends. Elaine loved the outdoors and camping in her motorhome with her husband Freeman, family and friends. We will always love and miss you.
