The death occurred suddenly at his late residence on Thursday, September 16, 2010, of R. Garth (Gaa) Sanderson of Calgary, Alberta, and formerly of Halifax, N.S., and Charlottetown, P.E.I., age 51 years.
Eldest beloved son of Marjorie (nee Stewart) Gass (Barry) and Stanley (Rose) Sanderson; brother of Rick (Joanne) Sanderson, Linda Sanderson, Kent (Rebecca) Gass, Keir (Jacqui) Gass; half brother of Sam (Jennifer) Sanderson, Christopher Sanderson, Lisa (Peter) Sanderson; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Predeceased by his grandparents, Tom and Lena (nee Stewart) Cullen and Jack and Florence (nee Squires) Sanderson.
Resting at the Cutcliffe Funeral Home from where a memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 3 p.m. Interment to follow in the family plot in Midgell Cemetery.
