Peacefully at the Maplewood Manor Alberton, on Wednesday October 13,2010 with her family by her side of Emma Mary O'Meara of Alberton age 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Claude O'Meara. Born on August 2,1918 she was the daughter of the late Edmond and Francis (nee Myers) Arsenault of Fortune Cove. Lovingly remembered by her children Mary (Gerald) Keough of Tignish; Raymond of Northport; Jean Brennan Warren of Charlottetown; Joe (Sandra) of Elmsdale; Austin (Sharon) of Cascumpec; Ivan (Sheryl) of Northport; Esther Saunders of Alberton; Gerald (Judy) of Alberton; Noel of Red Deer Alberta; Debbie (Glen) Gallant of Saint John N.B.She is also survived by her 34 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and by 2 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Claude, her son Wayne, daughter-in-law Donna O'Meara, son-in-laws Ross Brennan,Keith Warren,Gary Saunders and by siblings Esther Arsenault and Raymond Arsenault. Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home Alberton. Visiting hours Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral on Saturday morning October 16, from the Sacred Heart Church Alberton for funeral mass at 10:30 AM. Interment in the church cemetery.
