In Loving Memory of
FERN VAN DEN BUSSCHE

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Fern Van Den Bussche of Kamloops, B.C. at the Royal Inland Hospital on November 9, 2010.

Fern was born in Park Valley, Saskatchewan and in 1969 she had moved to Kamloops.

She will be lovingly missed and remembered by all those who knew and loved her.

Fern is survived by her husband Eugene Van Den Bussche, nieces, nephews and their families as well as many friends.

She was predeceased by her parents Frederick and Lillian Matz as well as her older brother Lyle Matz.
We wish to express our gratitude to the nurses and staff on 6 North at R.I.H. and also to Dr. R. Thomasse for keeping Fern comfortable and their support.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in memory of Fern to the Kamloops S.P.C.A. at 1211 8th Street. Kamloops, B.C., V2B 2Y3.

There will be no formal service by request.
