Doris Irene Bulmer passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 13, 2010 in Richmond, BC at the age of 83. Predeceased by her loving husband George in 1986 and also predeceased by her long time companion John in 2006 and brother Ken (Milly) Duke. She is survived by her four children Carolyn (Eldon) Harrison, Wayne (Margaret) Bulmer, Gary (Debbie) Bulmer and Pamela Morton; five grandchildren; Rhonda Thorne, Karen Bulmer, Troy Harrison, Drew Bulmer and Shannon Bulmer; one great-grandchild Owen Bulmer. She is also survived by her two brothers Wifford (Peggy) Duke and Jack (Jean) Duke and two sisters Belle (Vincent) Bulmer and Marjorie Bulmer all in Moncton, NB and one sister in BC, Joyce (William) Parker and many relatives and friends also in Moncton, New Brunswick.
Viewing and visitation will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 7 to 9 PM at Valley View Funeral Home- 14660-72nd Ave. Surrey. In lieu of flowers, donations to the BC Heart & Stroke Foundation will be appreciated.
