Passed away suddenly, at his home in Bedford on Nov. 14, 2010, at the age of 70.
He grew up in Bridgeport and on Gallant Street, Glace Bay. Graduated Morrison High and Nova Scotia Teacher's College, Truro. He taught school at Central, Glace Bay, Cooksville and Campbell's River, Que. Was principal at Buckingham and Cowansville, Que. before joining the Quebec government as a consultant. He was a Dale Carnegie instructor and entrepreneur known as 'The Success Professor'.
He leaves to mourn his loving wife, Judy Muncaster; his son, Jason (Carol); his grandson, Mathew; his brothers and sister, Forbes (Jean), Mississauga; Bill (Laverne), Edmonton/Arizona; Doug (Linda), Mississauga; Leonard (Barb), Antigonish and Anita (Harry), Reserve Mines. His aunt, Netta Loader, Liverpool, N.S.; his sister-in-law, Mary (Claus), P.E.I.
He was predeceased by his father, Daniel; his mother, Clara and his brother, Stan.
He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family received condolences at the Brome-Missisquoi Funeral Complex, Bedford, Que.
