Passed suddenly away as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Tuesday, December 21, 2010, Mr. Richard Pittman, age 69 years, residing at Twin Town Manor in Grand Falls-Windsor, formerly of Wreck Cove. Leaving to mourn his loving family: wife, Marion, residing at Connaigre Peninsula Health Care Centre (Long Term Care) at Harbour Breton; his half-brothers, Hubert Miles, nephew, Adam, niece, Cynthia, at Fort McMurray, and, John Miles (Pat) at Dartmouth, NS; special friends, Pheobe and Dwayne Cox at Wreck Cove; plus other relatives and friends. Funeral service was held on Friday, December 24, 2010, at 9:30 am from St. John The Evangelist Anglican Church in Boxey with Rev. Juanita Freeman officiating. Interment followed at the Anglican Cemetery at Boxey.Funeral arrangements entrusted to the care of Spencer's Funeral Home.
