Peter Bachanski lost his brave battle with cancer, Sunday, June 28, 2009, peacefully, with his family by his side in Miami, Florida.
He is survived and will be sadly missed by his wife, Albena; daughter, Anna (husband Jerry); son, Derek (wife Louise) and his grandchildren, Aaron, Kevin, Mark and, Jill. Peter is also survived by his sister Eva Kandravy and Olga Simko of Montreal, Quebec. He will be remembered by his many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents of Sydney, Nova Scotia; brother of the late Katie, Mary, Helen, Ann, Charlotte, Minnie, Pauline, Sophie and his brother, Johnny.
Memorial services will take place in Miami, Florida, with cremation and burial to take place at a later date.
