ASHLEY, Adele Lorraine Carter “Lolly”– age 79 of Greenville, DE died on February 17, 2011 at Stonegates Nursing Home. Lorraine was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., the first child of Harry and Emily Carter. Shortly after her birth her family returned to their home in St. John’s, Newfoundland. Lorraine grew up in St John’s and was a graduate of the Prince of Wales College.
