NELSON, David Alexander– Passed away suddenly at his residence in Vancouver on Saturday, February 26, 2011, aged 65 years. Leaving to mourn his son Gordon; daughters: Elaine (Mark) and Roxanne (Jeff), as well as 4 grandchildren; brothers: Steve (Pam), Leonard (Gail), Greg, Mike and Terry (Colleen); sisters: Karen Brown (Tom), Sharon, Rosemary, Anita Pittman (Doug), Tina Philpott (Mike), as well as a large circle of friends and relatives in BC and NL, especially his Best Buddy and Cousin, Frank Kennedy. Dave’s remains have already been cremated and a service was held at Glenhaven Memorial Chapel in Vancouver, BC. We will bring Dave’s remains home to rest, and place with our parents George and Jean Nelson at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery on Topsail Road.
