Loving son of Leon Furjan and step mother Linda Furjan, Dana and his step father Bill Hogan. Passed away at Oakville Trafalagar Hospital at the age of 40. Loving brother of Natalia (Ryan Collins) and Daniele (Matt MacLean), uncle to Ava Collins. Survived by grandfather Louis Furjan, grandmother Stephanie Cemka and step grandparents Allan and Mary MacDonald and Janetta Hogan. Predeceased by grandmother Louise Furjan, grandfather Roy Hogan and Karl Cemka. Will be remembered by uncles Ted Furjan and Terry Hogan.
Matthew loved P.E.I, visiting his friends and family. He was a huge Toronto Maple Leafs Fan and never missed watching a game.
He will be deeply missed by his family and friends on P.E.I.
Funeral service on March 16 at 11 a.m. at Glen Oaks Reception Centre, Oakville, Ontario.
