It is with great sadness that the family of the late Redgeway Snook of Mary's Harbour, NL, announce his passing on March 20, 2011 at the Long Term Care Unit in Forteau at the age of 85 years. Leaving to mourn with loving memories children Levi (Brenda), Elsie Cumby (Robert), Bill, Carl (Denise), and Aubrey Jr. (Evelyn) 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, as well as a large circle of other family and friends. He was predeceased by wife Frances, son Redgeway, parents Levi and Fanny Snook, brothers William, Stephan, Freeman and John, and sisters Annie and Ethel. Visitors were received at the Anglican Church in Mary's Harbour on Sunday and Monday from where the funeral service took place Tuesday, March 22 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Irene Sutton officiating. Interment followed at the church cemetery in Mary's Harbour. As expressions of sympathy, flowers were graciously accepted. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home, in L’Anse au Loup.
