BREWSTER, Scot William - 75, formerly of Liberty Lodge, Berwick, passed away Thursday, March 24, 2011 in Grand View Manor, Berwick. Born in Arlington, Kings County, he was a son of the late Clinton and Blanche (Baltzer) Brewster. He was a longtime resident of Liberty Lodge and will be sadly missed by his family and friends at the Lodge. He spent the last 10 years as a resident of Grand View Manor. He enjoyed variety shows, especially country music and Johnny Cash. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, the former Shirley Rogers; a sister, Lillian (Doug) Tooker, Woodville; a daughter, Wendy, Parrsboro; step-children, Brian (Tammy), Black River; Greg, Alberta; Marjorie (Jim), Habitant; Stephen (Angie), Kentville; Margaret (Jamie), Coldbrook; 11 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Roy. Visitation was held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 27, 2011 in the White Family Funeral Home, Kentville, Reverend David Elliott officiating. Burial will take place at a later date in the Hillaton Cemetery. Donations in memory may be made to Liberty Lodge or Grand View Manor.
