The passing of Bill Coulter of Plaster Rock, NB occurred on March 29, 2011 at the Edmundston Regional Hospital at the age of 85.
Resting at the Family Worship Centre, Plaster Rock with visiting hours on Thursday, March 31st from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.
