It is with heavy hearts that the family of the late Jonathan Whiteway announce his sudden passing in Grand Prairie, Alberta, on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the age of 25 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his parents: mother Donna Baldwin (Todd); father John Whiteway; sister: Sara Whiteway (Cody); niece Brandi; nephew Jesse; grandfathers: James Whiteway and Alonzo Pittman; grandmother: Kathleen Pittman; as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his grandmother Muriel Whiteway. Friends may visit Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road, Corner Brook on Saturday June 3, 2017 from 2-4p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place at St. Michaels All Angels Church on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Roberta Woodman officiating. In keeping with Jonathan's wishes, cremation will take place following the service, with interment at a later date.
