A beloved teacher and principal with the CBE for more than 40 years, Jim was a respected leader in education. In his free-time, he loved to read and study art, music, politics and film. In his retirement in Truro, he became a master gardener and photography buff. Most importantly to his friends and family, he was the kindest and most generous man that anyone has met. He is survived by his sister Carleen and his niece and her husband, Kenna and Todd. A memorial service will be announced later.
