It is with great sadness the family of the late Marie Goldie Walbourne announce her passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on July 9, 2017 at 75 years of age. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories daughters: Twila Tucker (Johnny) and Bonnie Lynn Newman (John); brothers: Ormsby Hann and Victor (Nancy) Hann; sisters: Maxine Halfyard, Jean (George) Maynard, Fern (Danny) Wheeler, Eileen (Lawrence) Hann, Marie (Tex) Porter; sisters-in-law: Hazel Hann and Eliza Hann; stepchildren: Gerald (Karen) Walbourne, Deanie (Rudy) Gough, Lisa (Wayne) Ralph, Trevor (Paula) Walbourne; grandchildren: Justin, Kayla, Michael, Aimee Lynn, Douglas, Merina (David), Michele (Joseph), Ashley, Alice, Ayla, Sara and Taylor; great-grandchildren: Hailey, Noah, Charlotte, Werner, Annabelle, Elijah and Daisie; special friends: Eric and Dora White and Debbie Sheppard; also Bill Porter and Shirley Whitely of the Golden Years Ministries to which she was so devoted, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Marie was predeceased by her first husband Rod Murphy; second husband Gerald Walbourne; parents William and Jessie (White) Hann, brothers: Brazil, James and Franklin; sister: Jean Brake; brother-in-law: William Halfyard; sisters-in-law: Mary Hann and Madonna Hann; nephews: Shannon Wheeler and Randy Hann. Friends may visit Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Wednesday, July 12, 2017, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral Service will take place on Thursday July 13th at 2:00 p.m. from the First Pentecostal Church Premier Drive officiated by Pastor Larry Soper with interment to follow at Mt. Patricia cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers will be graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Lung Association.
