Peacefully at the Palliative Care Unit of Community Hospital, O'Leary on Saturday, July 22, 2017 of Leta Elizabeth MacDonald of O'Leary aged 74, wife of the late Edison MacDonald. Born in Springfield West on February 18, 1943, daughter of the late George and Lorena (Robinson) Cain. Dear sister to Elwyn (Sylvia) Cain, Summerside; Elga (Lorne) Collicutt, Clyde River and Sheila (Gordon) Blackett, Roseneath, who was raised as a sister. Sister in law to Leta Cain, O'Leary. Loving Aunt to Wanda Dunbar, Ruth Smallman, Lloyd Buchanan, Karen Barbour, Cathy MacMillan, Wendy Greer, Paula Cain, Debbie Rix and numerous Grand Nieces and Grand Nephews. Leta was predeceased by her parents, husband Edison, brother Emerson, sisters Vera Smith and Doris Grady. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O'Leary with visiting hours Tuesday 5-8 p.m. Funeral on Wednesday in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel, O'Leary at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow in the West Point Presbyterian Cemetery.
