It is with heavy hearts that the families of David James Taylor announce his sudden passing at Norris Pt, on Thursday, July 20th, 2017 at the age of 33 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Trisha Samms, his daughter Alyssa Taylor, his father Kevin Taylor (Jessie Osmond), father-in-law Raymond Samms (Donna Butt), mother-in-law Brenda Major (Roger Rose), and grandparents-in-law Edward (Ned) and Agnes Samms, his aunts Marie Decker (Will), Joanne Jacobs, Rowena (Tate) Wight, Ruby (Gene) Locke, and Isabelle Simms, his uncles Max Jacobs (Doris) and Garfield Rice, his brother and sister-in-law Malcolm Samms and Caitlin Decker, his niece and nephew Harmony Decker and Nate Samms. David was predeceased by his mother Jane Taylor (nee Jacobs), his grandparents Linda and Chesley Taylor and Wilfred and Ida Jacobs, uncles Hubert Jacobs and Walter Simms and aunt Beatrice Rice. Also leaving to mourn his extended families and friends. The family will be receiving family and friends at St. Matthews Anglican Church in Rocky Hr, NL, on Sunday, July 23rd, 2017, from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where also the funeral service will take place from on Monday, July 24th, 2017 at 2 pm, with Rev. Jocelyn Cook officiating with the burial to follow at the family plot of the United Church Cemetery in Woody Pt, NL.
