Passed peacefully away surrounded by his family at Dr. Walter Templeman Hospital, Bell Island. Predeceased by his father Richard Sr., sister Jackie, brother Ken. Mother-in-law and father-in-law Margaret and Fred Squires. Left to mourn his wife Hazel, daughter Carmel (Jabez), son Paul (Alisha). His mother Ida, sisters Glenys (John Pendergast), Diane (Bob Stoyles), Debbie (John Cahill), Joan (Kev Reid), Jean (Arthur Clarke). Sisters-in-law Alphosine, Marg, Carmel, Elizabeth. Brothers-in-law Fred, Maurice, Paul and Perry, also many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Resting at Pendergast Funeral Home, Bell Island on Tuesday 7-9pm and Wednesday 12-9pm. Funeral services Thursday July 27th, 2017 at 2pm from St. Michael's Church. Interment to follow at St. Cyprian Cemetery Bell Island. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in his name to a charity of ones choice. A reception to follow at St. Michael's Hall.
