Passed peacefully away on Sunday October 1, 2017 at Chancellor Park in her 82nd year. Predeceased by her parents Sidney and Caroline Bishop and her sister Cynthia Wallace. Leaving to mourn her husband George, sons Jeffrey (Geraldine), Gregory, and Kirk (Ginger Hicks) and daughter Gina Bell (Danny), brother Eric Bishop (Ethel). Grandchildren Jason, Jeremy, and Jeffrey Williams, Mathew Stanford, Courtney, Cody and Tyler Bell, Kalla and Kaitlyn Wilton. Also, her friends Con Glynn and Jimmy Walsh at Nine Island Pond where Ruby would spend the summers at her cabin. As per Ruby's wishes cremation has taken place at Caul's funeral home. George would like to thank the excellent staff of Chancellor Park for taking care of Ruby. She would say "I Love You" and blow kisses to all who passed by her. Special thanks to Dr. O'Shea.
