We regret to announce the passing of our beloved son, Christopher Kevin Julian, age 27, on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, at the QE 2 in Halifax, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in North Sydney on December 18, 1989, Chris was the son of Diane Iannetti and Kevin Julian.
Chris excelled in many sports. At an early age, his two favourites were baseball and hockey, and later his true love became skateboarding and golf. He also enjoyed spending time with his brothers, and taking Sheba out for walks.
Besides his parents, Chris is survived by his brothers, Shawn and Kevin; his very special aunt and friend, Sharon, who was mistaken as his grandmother; and also many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, Louie and Shirley (Giles) Iannetti, and James and Annie Julian.
Visitation for Chris Julian will be held in J. M. Jobes Funeral Home, 635 Main St., Sydney Mines, on Friday, October 6, 2017, from 2-4 &7-9 p.m.
The funeral mass will take place Saturday, at 10 a.m. in Holy Family Church, Sydney Mines, with Fr. James Oliver officiating.
