Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Monday, October 9, 2017 in the presence of his family Patrick James (Jim) Clarke. Predeceased by his parents, Kathleen (1960); and Patrick (2000); and special friend, Beverly Mercer (2014). Leaving to mourn his sister, Jo-Ann, brother, Tom (Wendy) and aunt, Margaret along with many cousins and other relatives and friends. At Jim's request, there will be no visitation. A family service and committal will be held at a later date.
