Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Monday October 9, 2017 in the presence of his loving family. Leonard Joseph Dooling, of the Goulds, age 80 years. Predeceased by his parents James and Christina Dooling, two brothers Patrick and Frances Dooling, parents-in-law Patrick and Louise Finn. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 56 years, Veronica (nee-Finn); four daughters Rita (Randy) Oliver, Regina, Genevieve (Gig), Bonnie (Kurt) Norman; two sons: James and Leonard (Carolyn); also eight grandchildren: Trishy Dooling, Kayla and Christina Oliver, Jared and Mackenzie Rees, Jack and Nicholas Norman, Liam Dooling; one sister Isabel Martin as well a large circle of family and friends, especially in the farming community. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Leonard's memory may be made the Alzheimer's Society. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road, on Tuesday from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10 a.m. - 12 noon, 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Cremation to take place. Funeral Mass on Friday, October 13, 2017 at 10 a.m. at St. Kevin's Church, Goulds. Inurnment to follow at St. Kevin's Cemetery.
