With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Joseph Albert Michel (Mike) Gallant, age 51. Mike was born on May 03, 1966, son of Sadie (nee Gallant) Arsenault and the late Belonie Gallant. Mike is survived by mother Sadie, step-father Ernie, beloved wife Annette Newlove, daughter Candice MacDonald, granddaughters Ashley Baxter and Ava Milligan. Also survived by brothers and sisters: Andy (Liette), Lucie (Bob Watson), Marie (Edgar Stewart), Barry (Jeanne), Joyce, Randy (Kim), sisters-in-law Mary Eversfield (Leon deceased), Elise Milligan (Wendell deceased), Allison (Dana Jenkins) parents-in-law Betty and Victor MacDonald. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. He is predeceased by his father Belonie, brothers: Wendell, Ronald, David and Leon. Resting at the Evangeline Co-op Funeral Home, Urbainville until Wednesday October 18, for funeral service at the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Visiting hours Tuesday October 17, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Interment to take place in the St. Philippe and St. Jacques Church cemetery.
